The Mourning Heart is a black enamel grief pin created by death doula Kathleen Gallacher of The Everafter Collective. It gives people mourning a death a gentle way to say, “Please be gentle with me.”
For hospices, funeral homes and bereavement groups
Offer a Mourning Heart as part of a bereavement care package, share hearts with a family after a death, or introduce the symbol through a grief support group. Each pin comes with a card explaining its meaning.
