DEATH DOULA SERVICES
As a death doula, my role is to provide grounded, heart-centered support through one of lifeโs most profound transitions. Whether you're facing your own end-of-life journey or supporting someone you love, I walk alongside you with compassion, calm, and deep respect for your values and choices.
๐ Emotional & Spiritual Support
I offer a steady, compassionate presence during the dying process โ someone who can sit with you or your loved one without fear or urgency. This may include holding space for meaningful conversation, legacy reflection, spiritual rituals, or simply being there in silence. My goal is to help create an emotionally supportive atmosphere where individuals and families can connect, grieve, celebrate, and process whatโs unfolding with honesty and care.
๐ ๏ธ Practical Assistance
The end of life often brings a wave of small but important decisions and daily needs. Iโm here to ease that load. This might look like:
Coordinating visits or rest schedules for family and caregivers
Helping create a calm, peaceful environment through music, lighting, or intentional objects
Offering guidance around what to expect physically, emotionally, or spiritually in the dying process
Supporting communication with hospice, caregivers, or healthcare providers
My aim is to reduce overwhelm so you can be present with what matters most.
๐ฏ๏ธ End-of-Life Vigil Support
When death is near, I help families create a space that honors the person dying โ one rooted in presence, love, and intentionality. I can support you in:
Creating a vigil plan that reflects your values or spiritual beliefs
Sitting bedside so no one has to die alone
Holding space for grief, silence, music, prayer, or storytelling
Offering gentle guidance on what to expect in the final moments
Vigil support is about honoring this sacred time, together.
๐ฌ Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) Support
For those choosing medical aid in dying, I offer nonjudgmental, deeply respectful support every step of the way โ emotionally, spiritually, and logistically. This includes:
Navigating the process and timeline with care and clarity
Supporting preparation and planning
Holding space on the day of ingestion (if desired)
Providing support for loved ones before, during, and after
